Terms of service

Last updated: 1 November 2026

Draft. This text has not been reviewed by a lawyer yet. Items in square brackets are still to be filled in.

1. The agreement

These terms are the agreement between the agency that opens an account (“the agency”, “you”) and [company name] (“Eskuadra”, “we”) for the use of the Eskuadra service at eskuadra.com. By creating an account or using the service you accept them on behalf of your agency. The privacy policy is part of this agreement.

2. The service

Eskuadra is software for football agents and agencies to record players, club requests, offers, pitches, deals and finance, with an assistant called Compa. We provide it as it is described on the website and in the app, and we keep improving it; features can change, and we tell you in the app when a change matters to how you work.

Compa proposes; you decide. Anything Compa drafts or proposes is for your review, and nothing is recorded until a member confirms it. The rule checks in the deals area are a compliance aid, not legal advice.

3. Accounts and members

  • An agency has one or more members with roles the agency’s admins set. The agency is responsible for who it invites and for what its members do in the service.
  • Each member signs in with their own email address. Accounts are not shared.
  • You keep your contact details accurate so that we can reach you about the service, security or billing.

4. Plans, limits and payment

  • The pricing page lists the plans, their limits and what each includes. Starter is free.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, in euros, by the payment provider named at checkout. Prices are shown without VAT; VAT is added according to the agency’s country.
  • You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the plan page. A downgrade or cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month; nothing you recorded is deleted, and adding more waits until usage fits the new plan.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email and in the app; the new price applies from the next billing period after the notice.

5. Your data

  • What your agency records in Eskuadra is yours. We process it only to provide the service, as the privacy policy and the data processing agreement describe, and we never sell it or use it to train AI models.
  • You are responsible for having the right to record and share the data you enter, including the data of players, minors among them, and of club contacts, and for what you choose to send through pitch and list links.
  • Admins can export the agency’s data. After an agency closes its account we delete its data within [30] days, except what we must keep by law.

6. Acceptable use

You will not use the service to break the law or a football regulation, to harm others, to send unsolicited messages, to attempt to reach another agency’s data, to probe or overload the service, or to resell it. We may suspend access to protect the service or other agencies, and we tell you why.

7. Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available at all times and tell you about planned maintenance in the app. Support is by email at hello@eskuadra.com on working days. [Service levels for the Agency plan to be defined.]

8. Liability

We provide the service with care, but we cannot promise that it is free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim under this agreement is limited to the amount the agency paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect losses. Nothing limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or what the law does not allow to be limited.

9. Ending the agreement

You can close the agency’s account at any time from the settings. We can end the agreement with 30 days’ notice, or at once if you break section 6 and do not put it right after we ask. Sections 5, 8 and 10 survive the end of the agreement.

10. Law and changes

This agreement is governed by the law of [country], and its courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rights consumers and businesses have under the law of their own country. If we change these terms in a meaningful way we tell you at least 30 days ahead; continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.
