Eskuadra for analysts
The facts behind every move, with their sources.
You analyse players and squads for an agency, or you are asked to look at its data. This page says what the record holds as data, where it comes from, and where it stops.
What it is
Eskuadra keeps an agency’s record on top of a shared football dataset: clubs, players, squads per season, positions and formations as tables, and transfers, with crests and photos and their credits. The agency’s own players, requests, pitches and deals sit on that base.
What the record holds for you
- Squads per season for 16 leagues in England, Spain, Germany, Italy, France, Portugal and the Netherlands, and transfer history for Spain’s top four and England’s top five divisions.
- Positions as data: a detailed position per player, the other positions they play, a pitch map per club, formations as tables.
- Fit scores with their reasons for every player against an open request, including the player’s own goals.
- Facts taken from the web are kept with their source: the club’s page and the sentence they were read from, so a contract date can be checked.
- A forecast of what a club will need next is built and being tested against past seasons; it shows in the app once it has proved itself.
- A full export of the agency’s data, which an admin can give you.
Who sees what, and where it lives
- The shared dataset is read-only for agencies and closed to accounts with no agency.
- The agency’s own record is kept apart from every other agency’s by policy in the database, in the European Union.
- Pictures come with their credits and the right to show them; a player’s own photo is the agency’s.
What you can ask the agency for
- A seat with a role that sees players, requests and lists; money only if the agency decides so.
- An export of the agency’s record as data.
- Which facts are missing or wrong: the dataset is kept by hand and corrections are welcome.
