Eskuadra for lawyers
What your client’s agency keeps, and where.
You advise a football agency that uses Eskuadra, or one that is about to. This page says what the record holds about contracts and clauses, where it lives, who can see it, and what you can ask the agency for.
What it is
Eskuadra is the working record of a football agency: players, club requests, pitches (a player offered to a club), deals, clauses and money, connected and with a history. The agency’s own members use it; a club opens the page the agency sends it, with a link. Compa, the assistant inside, proposes changes, and a member confirms each one.
What the record holds for you
- Every clause of a signed deal as a record of its own: its kind, amount or percentage, trigger, window, who pays and the payment terms.
- A term sheet for each signed deal that prints clean, with a sealed copy, so the version you reviewed is the version that was signed.
- The signed contract, side letters and amendments filed on the deal, each with a version.
- A history on every record: what changed, who did it, when, and the note if any.
- Checks against football’s rules while a deal is drafted: representation terms, who pays, players under 18, registration windows, contract length. The checks are a compliance aid: every rule is a draft until a specialist has reviewed it, and your review stays yours.
Who sees what, and where it lives
- Each agency’s data is kept apart by policy in the database. A member of one agency cannot read another’s, in the app, through the assistant or through any connection to it.
- Inside the agency, roles decide who sees players, private details, pitches and money. The figures on deals and clauses are visible only to the roles the agency chooses.
- The data lives in the European Union (Supabase, Frankfurt). Sign-in emails go through France. The assistant’s model calls go to Anthropic in the United States, with only the message and the records involved in that answer.
- Players under 18 follow the same rules and get more care. The agency decides what it records about them.
What you can ask the agency for
- A full export of the agency’s data. An admin can ask for it.
- The term sheet and the clauses of any deal, printed or as a file.
- A seat of your own on the Agency plan, with a role that sees only what you need.
- A data processing agreement, from us, on request. We also answer security questionnaires.
