Eskuadra for scouts
What you find, where the agency can use it.
You scout for an agency that uses Eskuadra, in-house or on the side. This page says what you can record, what you see, and what stays with the agents.
What it is
Eskuadra is the agency’s working record. As a scout you have your own seat and the scout role: you add and edit players, build lists, read the club requests that are open, and see where your players are being offered.
What the record holds for you
- A page per player: age, position, the other positions they play, club, contract dates, your notes after a match, links to clips.
- Real clubs and players to start from: squads from 16 leagues with crests and photos, so you add a player straight from a squad.
- A pitch of each club’s squad: where it is deep, where your players stand, which positions the club is asking for.
- Which players fit an open request, ranked, with the reasons, counting a position the player also plays.
- Lists you build for a request, and what the club looked at when the agency sends one.
Who sees what, and where it lives
- Your seat sees players, requests, lists and tasks, and, to read, the board where offers to clubs are followed. Private details, money and sending pages to clubs stay with the agents and admins: you prepare, an agent sends.
- Everything you write carries your name in the history, so the agent knows who saw what.
- The agency owns the record. Leaving the agency ends your access; the notes stay with the agency.
What you can ask the agency for
- A seat with the scout role, or a wider one if you also fit players to requests with the money hidden (the coach role).
- Alerts when a request opens that one of your players fits.
- Compa, for a draft of a player note or a question about your players.
