Eskuadra for agency owners
One record for the whole agency, and who sees what.
You run an agency, or you are starting one. This page says how Eskuadra works for you: one record for the team, roles that decide who sees what, and the money in view.
What it is
Eskuadra is where your agency keeps its work: every player, club request, pitch, deal, clause and euro, connected and with a history. Your team works in it from a phone or a computer, in English, Spanish or French. Compa, the assistant, prepares work and proposes changes; a member confirms each one.
What the record holds for you
- The whole agency works in one record, so a colleague picks up where another left off, from any phone or computer.
- Four roles come with the agency: admin, agent, coach and scout. Each one decides who sees private details, money and deals, and who may send pages to clubs. On the Agency plan you shape your own roles.
- The money stays in view: what each deal is worth, what is owed and when, what was received and what the agency spent, per player and per season. The books stay with your accountant.
- Every page a club opens carries your brand. The product itself is black, white and grey, so yours is the only colour a club sees.
- Every record keeps its history: what changed, who did it, when. Stages, fields and formulas follow the way your agency works.
- A link invites a new colleague; deactivating a member ends their access on their next request.
Who sees what, and where it lives
- Your agency’s data is kept apart from every other agency’s by policy in the database, in the European Union.
- Inside the agency, you decide. An admin sees everything; a scout sees players and requests; an agent sees the money of the players they look after.
- Admins can export the whole record at any time. Every record stays when you change plan.
- Where the data lives and who touches it is on the security page.
