Eskuadra for accountants

The agency’s money as a schedule.

You keep the books for a football agency that uses Eskuadra, or advise it. This page says what the record holds about money, what it is for, and where your work starts.

What it is

Eskuadra keeps an agency’s deals and the money around them: what each deal is worth, instalments and bonuses with their dates, what was received, and what the agency spent. It is the management view the owner runs the agency on; the books stay with you: invoice numbering, VAT returns, double entry, the year-end.

What the record holds for you

  • The ways an agency earns, recorded on the deal: a share of the player’s wage, a share of a transfer fee under a club mandate, fixed fees, and shares with other agencies.
  • Every amount owed as a line with a date and a state: instalments, signing fees, bonuses, loan options, sell-ons, with what has been received against it.
  • Costs attributed to a player, and whether they are recharged to the player or a club and repaid in parts.
  • Commission by season, per player, per club, per period. What came in, what is outstanding, what a player or a deal made.
  • An export of the agency’s data an admin can give you.

Who sees what, and where it lives

  • Money figures are visible only to the roles the agency chooses; an admin sees all, an agent the players they look after.
  • Each agency’s data is kept apart by policy in the database, in the European Union.
  • A history on every deal and payment: what changed, who did it, when.

What you can ask the agency for

  • A seat with a role that sees the money and just what you need, on the Agency plan.
  • An export, or the term sheet of a deal with its schedule.
  • A data processing agreement, from us, on request.
