What your agency keeps about you, and why.
Your agent’s agency uses Eskuadra. This page says what it records about you, who can see it, what it is for, and what you can ask.
What it is
Eskuadra is where your agency keeps its work: your page, the clubs asking for players, the pitches it sends, your deals and the money that follows. Your goals, whether that is first-team minutes, a loan or a permanent move, are written on your page and go with every request and pitch about you. Your agent decides, with you; the assistant proposes and a person confirms.
What the record holds for you
- Your contract dates, your documents and your clips are kept in one place, so they are ready when a window opens.
- Your goals are written down and used: when a club comes up, it is ranked against what you want as well as what it offers.
- Every deal becomes a schedule: what is owed to you and to the agency, and when, with each instalment and bonus on its date.
- When your agent offers you to a club, the club reads a page on its phone with the clips you chose.
Who sees what, and where it lives
- Your page can hold your name, date of birth, position, clubs, contracts, documents such as a passport or a medical, notes after a match and links to clips.
- Inside the agency, roles decide who sees your private details and your money; only the people the agency chooses.
- If you are under 18, the same rules apply with more care, and your parents or guardians can ask the agency the same questions.
- The data lives in the European Union. Your agency is responsible for what it records; Eskuadra processes it for the agency. Your rights over your data stay yours.
What you can ask the agency for
- A copy of what the agency holds about you.
- A correction, or that a document be removed.
- That your records are deleted when you leave. Removing a player removes their documents, links, notes and offers.
